Darlan Space is a brand strictly focused on SFW (Safe For Work) content.

 

The artist accepts the production of franchise fanart​​​, Sonic OCs, humans, furries such as ferals and anthros, mons such as Pokémon, Digimon, etc.

​

Darlan Space has restrictions on orders that exceed its technical capabilities or require excessive production time, the artist is not accepting vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, airplanes, etc., complex designs, detailed backgrounds.

The artist will not accept, consider, or produce NSFW (Not Safe For Work) being sexual or violent, politics, hate such as racism, xenophobia, nazism, religious intolerance and LGBT+phobia. The artist reserves the right to refuse any inappropriate request.

• Ordering Process and Payment

​

Commission requests will be accepted if made via private message on Instagram @darlanspace.

​

The client must provide visual references and descriptions of the concept. Payment is exclusively on PayPal.

​

The work will be done if payment is received first.

​

•  Usage Rights and Intellectual Property 

​

Darlan Space retains the copyright to the artwork. The artist has the right to use the commissioned work for their portfolio, marketing and sales.

​

The client may use the artwork for personal use, such as wallpapers, icons, etc. The client may not modify, remove watermark or use the work for commercial purposes, or else will be subject to DMCA notification.

​

If the customer wants the watermark to be removed, an additional payment of 10€ will be requested.

•  Revisions and Cancellations 

​

The client has the right to revisions of the sketch and line art during development.

​

Regarding refunds, the client has the right to a complete refund if the sketch has not been sent. If the client cancels after the sketch has been submitted, the artist will retain a non-refundable fee of 30% of the total commission amount. If the client cancels after the lineart has been submitted, the artist will retain a non-refundable fee of 60% of the total commission amount. Refunds will not be accepted after the final artwork has been delivered.
